Indian Tikka Sauce Recipe

Instructions:

  1. Brown one onion in butter until it's half caramelized.

  2. Add all the spices except the extra garam masala for the final step.

  3. Add tomato paste and ginger garlic paste.

  4. Mix in a 14oz can of crushed tomatoes and a can of water.

  5. Simmer for 20-30 minutes until the right consistency is reached.

  6. Blend the sauce until smooth.

  7. Add heavy cream and a bit of extra garam masala to taste before serving. maybe 1/4 or 1/3 cup. I just pour it and mix it in until it looks right
