Sous Vide Asparagus

Recipe

  1. Heat the water bath to 185 degrees Fahrenheit (85 C)

  2. Place asparagus in a bag with salt, pepper, and a pad of butter

  3. Seal the asparagus and cook in the water bath for 15 minutes

  4. Turn on your broiler and let it heat up for a few minutes

  5. Broil the asparagus to get a bit of char on the top, then serve
