Preparation time: 15 minutes (plus time to preheat grill)
Cooking time: 10-14 minutes (depending on steak thickness)
Resting time: 10 minutes
Serves: 4
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 steaks (your choice of cut, such as ribeye or New York strip)
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1-2 tablespoons truffle oil
Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish
Preheat the grill: Preheat your grill to high heat.
Prepare the steaks: Rub the steaks on both sides with olive oil, then season them with salt and black pepper.
Grill the steaks: Place the steaks on the preheated grill. Cook for 4-7 minutes on each side, depending on the thickness of the steak and your desired level of doneness.
Prepare the garlic butter: While the steaks are grilling, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until it's fragrant.
Rest the steaks: Once the steaks are cooked to your liking, remove them from the grill and let them rest for about 10 minutes.
Add the truffle oil: Drizzle the truffle oil over the steaks, then spoon the garlic butter on top.
Serve the steaks: Sprinkle the steaks with chopped parsley for garnish. Serve your Grilled Steak with Truffle Oil with your favorite sides and enjoy!
